Privacy and cookies

This page explains which personal data this website uses, why, who processes it and what your rights are.

1. Who is responsible

This website presents NUBE Unique Stay, a group of cave houses in Freila, Granada (Spain). The data described below is handled by the owner and manager of the house (“we”). For any question about your data, write to info@marbella-house.fun or send a WhatsApp message to +32 495 53 05 40.

2. What we use and why

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus the language and the page you used. We use them only to reply to you. Nothing is sent until you press the send button.
  • Newsletter and offers (Offers page): your email address, your first name if you give it, your language and the date of your consent. We use them to send you the promo codes and our offers, no more than twice a month. The consent box is never ticked in advance. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to one of our emails or by writing to us.
  • AI assistant (chat): the questions you type are sent to an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) through our own server to produce an answer. We also keep the questions for up to 180 days, so that the host can see what guests ask and improve the answers. Please do not type sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • Stay calculator: the dates and details you enter stay in your browser and are not sent to us. They become part of a message only if you choose to send your request by email or WhatsApp in the last step.
  • Promo codes: when you type a code, it is checked with our server. The code is the only thing sent.
  • Technical data: like every website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the website.

3. Who processes your data

  • Cloudflare: hosting and delivery of the website, and the servers that run the assistant, the newsletter and the host tools.
  • Resend: sending of our emails (for example the welcome email with the offers).
  • FormSubmit: relays the contact-form messages to our mailbox.
  • Anthropic (Claude): writes the assistant’s answers from the question you type.
  • Your browser also loads some content directly from other companies, which can therefore see your IP address: Google Fonts (fonts).

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use advertising or audience-measurement tools. Your browser keeps a few small preferences in its local storage: your language, a promo code you entered, and whether you closed the “add to home screen” notice. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

The third-party services listed above may set technical cookies of their own when their content loads. We do not control them.

5. How long we keep data

Chat questions: up to 180 days. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe. Other data: only as long as needed for the purpose described above. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to stop using it, or to withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@marbella-house.fun. If you think your data is not handled properly, you can also contact the data-protection authority of your country.

7. If you book

The data needed to manage a stay (name, contact details, stay and identity details) is described in section 14 of the booking conditions.

8. Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
